From active adult and single-family homes to villas, townhomes and multifamily options, Angeline will be Pasco’s next great place to live with high-tech, energy-efficient homes that make everything just a click away.
Lennar will build the first homes in the community from its Active Adult Collection. Within Lennar’s gated neighborhood, there will be a multi-million-dollar amenity center and clubhouse featuring a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, tennis, pickleball and bocce ball courts and so much more. Model homes are expected to open this summer.
H. Lee Moffitt Cancer
& Research Institute
A 775-acre life sciences research park – larger than downtown Tampa – is set to rise at Angeline. H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute is building a cutting-edge expansion campus featuring 16-million square feet of laboratory, office, manufacturing and clinical spaces that will be a magnet for biotech companies and world-renowned medical professionals. When complete, Angeline will be a model for those eager to be inspired, learn and celebrate the opportunity to live well and work in an integrated, forward-thinking community the likes of which have never been seen in Florida or beyond.
World Class Education
A future-ready Middle and High STEAM magnet school experience for young innovators, explorers, and entrepreneurs opens in August 2023 within the Angeline community. Powered by strong community and industry partnerships, with an emphasis on science, technology and engineering fields, the school will immerse students in real-world learning through design challenges and experiences that allow students to make meaningful connections with the rigorous core instruction.
Applications will be accepted for grades 6-12 in early 2023 at www.pascoschools.org.
Getting here and getting around will be easier thanks to various infrastructure improvements that are well underway. The Ridge Road extension from the Suncoast Parkway, including new access ramps to and from the Parkway, is complete. Expansions of other major roadways including State Roads 52 and 54, and US-41 will also help connect Angeline to the surrounding community.
The Farm at Angeline
A sustainable fruit and vegetable farm will be the premier amenity for Angeline residents and the greater Pasco County community. As a professionally-managed farming operation, the farm will offer fresh, local produce for purchase. Engaging farm-to-table and family-friendly events, nutrition classes and a variety of educational programming, a community garden, and so much more will give everyone who visits a seat at the table.
With 3,600+ acres of natural, undeveloped green space, a planned trail network could span up to 100 miles, connecting to the area’s regional trail system. As the backbone of Angeline, the trails will include a wide variety of distances, loops and surfaces developed by the expert team at Avid Trails to provide a variety of safe, multi-modal routes to all the community has to offer. The trails will keep everyone from casual walkers to competitive runners and hardcore mountain bikers fit, energized and completely connected to their neighborhood and the larger community, as well as provide ample opportunities to enjoy nature and area wildlife.
Regional Park & Lake
The 130+ acre regional park and lake will be a major recreation hub for the region with acres of waterfront, winding trails, boardwalks, campsites, picnic areas and forest overlooks, offering a memorable experience for all who visit.
Future Town Center and MetroLagoon
The future Town Center and MetroLagoon will be the heart of Angeline, with more than 26 million square feet of office, shopping, dining and entertainment space all easily accessible to both residents and the surrounding community.
Located less than 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport, downtown Tampa and the University of South Florida, Angeline spans six miles between SR 52 and SR 54 in Pasco County, FL.
It’s easily accessible via the new Ridge Road exit off the Suncoast Parkway as well as from SR 52.
Angeline is backed by the strength of Metro Development Group, one of the largest privately held residential developers in Florida. The company’s communities, under the MetroPlaces brand, are known for innovative technologies and high-impact amenities like their extremely popular MetroLagoons.
